Job Description

  1. Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service including Australia and Canada PR, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
  2. Create manuals and other documentation outlining current practices and assembling the data by studying ways to make improvements to one or many steps to increase productivity, reduce costs, improve time management or make needed changes to other aspects of the process.
  3. Oversee the process improvement implementation process by working with managers, team members and other employees to ensure that the plan is clear and can be applied quickly and efficiently.
  4. Changes made to many business processes often involve the re-writing of departmental procedures and policies .
  5. Ensure that all team members are familiar with relevant procedural changes and oversee the training of staff and creation of documents addressing new procedures and policies.
  6. Responsible to handle the client s documents for PR visa process especially for Canada and Australia.
  7. Responsible to check and Maintain the daily report & weekly report for client documents status in Excel sheet and client s documents database should be maintained in a very secure way.
  8. Assigning the new signup clients to the team and checking the regular follow up report daily basis.
  9. Maintaining the strong relationship with all clients and more responsibility for all immigration issues especially operation and all documentation
  10. Responsible to verify and review the client documents and keep on update the client documents status Manager.
  11. Informing the applicants on receipt of their petition and also handling the sign off formality for internal and external assessments.
  12. Responsible for helping business control lead on process documentation as an when required.
  13. Responsible to ensure that all the information provided by clients is accurate and true , preparing and checking all legal documents for submission of a profile.
  14. Responsible to handle the client s issues in documentation and guiding them to get the support documents as per the requirement of Immigration
  15. Responsible to cross check all documents before creating a profile , collect all required documents and submission has to do within the time period.
  16. Maintain employee immigration records and raise requests for visa / work status renewals as appropriate.
