To manage efficiency of all roles handling process through effective learning-curve ,Quality FS ,Operations
Lead & guide a the Training team, over set weekly , quarterly & annuals goals & targets
Manage resource planning, and Team members
Motivate & influence team members to devise different & fresh approaches to training in class and outside of it.
Understanding of adult learning management principles, content management and project management.
Client relationship management & people-development skills.
Feedback & collation from Training Team, FS operations and ISPs every month.
Feedback & calibration with the quality team, at least twice a month.
Best practice sharing and calibration with other teams.
This will include, but not limited to
Centralized assessment mechanism
National training schedules
Trainer / training resource management
Driving and managing the training core group and
Compliance to and executing all relevant and required support mechanisms like online web - portal based LMS, etc.
Coordinating with internal / external teams like IT, CS functional teams for feedback and participation.
Collate, analyse and publish pertinent data/ information nationally to ensure best practice sharing and implementation.
Compliance manage norms for training infrastructure at a Site & National level. This includes both training facilities and resource.
Facilitate circle/ zonal training managers in implementing the above.
Any other task/ activity necessary to improve training & service goals.
Person should be well known to :language Kannada.
