Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • ARole is to manage 5 to 10 stores sales through EBO's & SIS's . Good in team management and strong in numbers.
  • Responsible for the P&L of the Regional bases. Monitoring and Managing the sales with forecasts and Targets.
  • Contribution to sales targets and implement cost control measures to achieve set targets:
  • Ensure each and every employee at the base is well trained and achieves sales targets. The same to be monitored on day to day basis.
  • Product training to Store Managers/ Sales Officers.
  • Monitoring and Managing all promotional activities and customer loyalty program.
  • Managing and controlling all aspects of stock management.
  • Ensure merchandise goods prominently on shelves as per retail industry standards and ensure a good visual display to enhance the appeal.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and guide the team towards achieving targeted stock levels and minimizing Stock loss & Sales loss.
  • Ensure every new joiner of the base should be trained well on company's SOP and his/ her roles and responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular store visits to review operational standards and monitor quality of customer service, Inventory/Cash/Asset audits.
  • Ensure Uniform, Proper Function of Electronic Equipment( e.g. EDC), Company Assets, Local Fabrication for any wear & tear.
  • Opening new stores, hiring of new staff in coordination with HR team, conducting trainings and set up of new outlets as per guidelines.
  • MIS Reports as required by the management.
  • Excellent command on KPIs, KRAs, Profit & loss, store EBITDA, Unit per transaction, ,average basket size, thoroughly strong in analytical skills, customer service, employee management & basic concepts of retail

  • Experience of managing a team of 15 to 20 employees (Store Manager, Asst. Manager, Team leader and officer level)

  • Excellent command on KPIs, KRAs, Profit & loss, store EBITDA, Unit per transaction, ,average basket size, thoroughly strong in analytical skills, customer service, employee management & basic concepts of retail
