- Selling Bank products like Savings accounts, Current Accounts, Term Deposits, Gold loans, Home loans, Personal Loans, Farmer Finance and Credit cards, Forex cards, bank guarantee, MSME loans.
- Third party products like Life Insurance, General Insurance, Health insurance and Mutual Funds.
- Maintaining Profitability of bank by improving CASA balances of customers, Earning revenue through Forex cards,LRS,Bank guarantee, foreign remittances and taking care of MAB and MEB of the branch of ERV and NCA with services and advice.
- Customer Service: Handling of customer service through proper management of staff and interaction with customers.
- Operations : Handling of banking operations such as Account opening, Funds transfer, Clearing, Customer account modifications, handling all registers daily etc
- Compliance : Compliance to bank rules and guidelines, maintaining audit parameters for the branch in internal, external and RBI audits.
